Physical Education Entrance Test 2018: TS PECET 2018 Notification - Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test 2018, TS UG DPEd-BPEd CET 2018,#TS #PECET 2018 is a Common Entrance Test as Physical Education Common Entrance Test(PECET-2017) and its schedule has been released in the month of February 2018 at Osmania University Campus and the test will be conducted by the Convener, PECET 2017, Department of Physical Education, Mahatmagandhi University for the academic year 2018-2019. Beginning from this academic year, Bachelor of Physical Education will be a two(2) year course. పీఈ సెట్-2018 (వ్యాయామ విద్య ఉమ్మడి ప్రవేశపరీక్ష) షెడ్యూల్ ఖరారైంది. ఈ నెల 26న పీఈ సెట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల కానుంది. ఈ నెల 28 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్ 10వరకు ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించనున్నారు. మే 7న పీఈ సెట్ నిర్వహించనున్నారు. పూర్తి వివరాలు www.tsche.ac.in కు లాగిన్ అయి తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for PECET-2018.
1. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality.
2. Candidates should belong to the both states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local / non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
Eligibility for B.P.Ed.(Two year):
Candidates should have appeared third year degree final examination or passed three years degree recognized by any university in TS and AP or any other university recognized as equivalent there to and should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2018. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
Eligibility for U.G.D.P.Ed.(2 Years):
Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2016. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
The in-service Physical Education Teachers (P.E.Ts) seeking admission into B.P.Ed (One Year) Course or U.G.D.P.Ed. (2 Years) Course need not appear for any Entrance Test conducted by PECET Convener. They have to apply directly to the Director of School Education, Hyderabad through their respective D.E.O.s through proper channel. The Director of School Education will nominate a limited number of candidates to the respective colleges.
Note: Graduates obtained the degree under distance mode from Deemed to be Universities and Private Universities are not eligible unless such programs have the approval of joint action committee of UGC and Distance Education Council and AICTE.
The Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TSPECET-2018) Physical efficiency tests will be conducted from May 25, 2018. The last date of submitting online application form without late fee is extended from May ......, 2018.
The tests will be held from June 5. The test venue and daywise schedule will be available in the hall tickets. The last date for online application with late fee of `500 is May ........ and last date for online application with late fee of `2000 is May ...... The last date for online application with late fee of Rs 5000 is June............... 2018. Candidates can download the hall tickets from the website of Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Professor Satyanarayana Convenor for the TSPECET-2018 said, “So far 6,150 candidates have applied for the TSPECET-2018. Examiners who want to be active examiners can apply online.”

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates, who wish to apply for PECET 2108, may submit their applications through Online mode only. The Registration fee @ Rs. 700/- (Rs. 400/- for SC /ST candidates )may be paid at TSOnline or APONLINE centers / meeseva centers / e-seva enters in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh /through payment gateway (Credit card / Debit card) from 17th March, 2018.
