KCR KIT Scheme in Telangana for Pregnant Women & New Born Baby Starts From 3rd June: The state government has initiated several schemes in the state for the welfare of women and children. Under its Arogya Lakshmi scheme, eggs, milk and nutritious food will be made available through the Anganwadis. Now The State Government of Telangana introduced a new Scheme i.e KCR Kit. KCR Kit Scheme Starts from 2rd June 2017. The state government of Telangana has proposed a new scheme named as KCR Kit focusing on women welfare and new born. The chief minister has come out with a Rs. 605 Crore innovative scheme “KCR Kit” for the pregnant women and new born. The scheme will help manage the complications during the time of pregnancy and help reduce infant mortality rate.The state government has launched this new KCR Kit scheme for the pregnant women with a budget outlay of Rs. 605 Crore for the financial year 2017-18.
