Essential Qualifications & Experience with Desirable Qualifications:
For Senior Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse Grade-I
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800/-
Age Limit: 21-35 Years
Essential Qualifications & Experiences :
(i) B.Sc. Nursing (4 year course) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/University.
OR B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/University.
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/ Indian Nursing Council.
Experience :
Three years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade-II after B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. (Post Certificate)/ B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) in a minimum 200 bedded Hospital/Healthcare Institute.
For Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse Grade-II
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/-
Age Limit: 21-30 Years
Essential Qualifications:
(i) B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University. OR B.Sc. (Post-certificate)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognised Institute or University.
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council.OR
(i) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board or Council.
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council.
(iii) Two years’ experience in minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the education qualification mentioned above.
Application Process:
The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application
only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of application is made available on AIIMS, Bhubaneswar official website i.e., http://www.aiimbhubaneswar.edu.in. The link for submission of online applications in respect of above said posts alongwith other relevant information will be activated on the date of advertisement on Employment News/Rojgar Samachar or earlier (as posted on the website). The last date of online submission of applications will be 25th December, 2017. In case the last date falls on weekly off or holidays, then the last date of submission of application will be shifted to the next working days (upto 5.00 P.M.). No documents including online application form is required to be sent, however, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of online application form with them alongwith proof of payment (a copy of challan/online payment receipt) for their record for future reference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS
General Instructions:
1.Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'Start' button to proceed further.
2.For detailed Notification/Advertisement, click ' Recruitment of Non Faculty Posts ' and read it carefully before filling-up the on-line application.
3.Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/ documents:
a) Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
b) Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
c) Scanned signature.
d) Documentary proof of Date of Birth (10th Passed Certificate).
e) Degree/Certificate for Graduation and Post-Graduation, as applicable.
f) Caste Certificate in respect of reserved categories (OBC Non Creamy Layer, SC/ST).
g) PWD Certificate in case of Persons with Disability candidates.
h) Service Certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen, Govt. Servant /ECO/SSCO etc.
4.Category [General (UR)/SC/ST/OBC/PWD] once filled by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible.
5.Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria are eligible to apply.
How to Apply:
I.Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder).
II.Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing/providing the correct details while filling-up the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited.
III.The process for submitting the application for RECRUITMENT OF NURSING STAFF (GROUP-
B) at AIIMS is given below:
Step-I: Sign-up by filling-up Discipline opted, Post Applied Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered ID.
Step-II: Re-login and select the social & applying category and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents (photo/signature/ relevant certificates) and submit Fee online via Bill desk (if applicable) through net banking, debit cards or credit cards.
IV.Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
STEP-I Registration
a.Candidates agreeing Terms & Conditions of the recruitment may apply by clicking (√) in the Box & press 'START' button.
b.Sign-up by selecting Discipline Name, Post Applied, Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID.
c.On completion of Step-I candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered email ID.
STEP-II : Filling-up of Application
d.After registration, candidate has to Re-login ,select his social and applying category and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo/signature/ documents and submission of Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking through Bill desk.
e.Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature and Certificates: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format and documents in PDF format, as per the process given below:
i. Photograph Image:
Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
The size of the scanned image should be up to 100 kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.
ii. Signature image:
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
Size of file should be up to 100 kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.
iii. Certificate image:
Please scan the relevant Certificates.
The size of file for certificates should be up to 1 MB and in PDF format only.
f.Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will be redirected to Bill desk gateway to deposit the fee of Rs. 1000/- through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Candidate may generate payment acknowledge slip for future reference.
g.Guidelines for remittance of fee are as under:
Post submission, the candidate will be re-directed to Bill desk gateway to make the online payment of application fees.
Kindly verify the details and make the payment for application fees via the different payment modes.
Post successful payment of application fees, candidate will be redirected to his application form.
Candidate may keep the payment transaction no safe with him for future use.
