TSPSC Forest Beat Offcers Hall tickets:
Notification 48/2017 Hall Tickets can be downloaded 07 days before commencement of Examination. TSPSC Forest Beat Officers exam 2017 admit card: Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is expected to issue the admit card for exam to recruit approximately 1,857 Forest Beat Officers in the Forest Department (EFS&T) of the state on its official website soon.
The online objective type examination is likely to be held October 29, 2017. According to the notification for the exam, the hall tickets will be available for download a week before the examination.
How to download the hall ticket:
1) Visit the official website of TSPSC
2) Click on the link for ‘Hall Ticket’
3) Click on the link for ‘Hallticket Download for Forest Beat Officers in Forest Department’
4) Enter your TSPSC ID and date of birth
5) Click on go
6) Admit card will be displayed on the screen
7) Download it on your computer and take a print out of the same
Method of Selection:
The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of written examination (objective type), walking test and medical test
The final selection will be based on marks secured in the examination (either online or OMR based), duly giving weightage to the NCC certificate holders (as per rules).
The minimum qualifying marks for selection are OCs: 40%, BCs: 35% SCs and STs: 30%. The commission can relax the minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST/BC at its discretion.
Candidates will be selected and allotted to Service/Department as per their rank in the merit list and as per district preference for allotment of candidates against vacancies and for the vacancies available.

TSPSC 1857 Forest Beat Officers Recruitment 2017: Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has recently issued a notification for the recruitment of approximately 1,857 Forest Beat Officers in the Forest Department (EFS&T) of the state on its official website. Interested candidates need to apply online for the examination (objective test) that is likely to be held October 29, 2017. The application process begins on August 21 and will close on September 12, 2017. The hall ticket for the examination will be available for download a week before the commencement of examination. A candidate applying for the examination should be of minimum 18 years and maximum 31 years as on July 1, 2017. There is age relaxation for SCs, STs, BCs and some other category of candidates. Physical requirements:
No person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment posts in the service, unless he is not less than 163 cms. in height, not less than 84 cms. round the chest on full inspiration and has a chest expansion of not less than 5 cms. on full inspiration.
a) In case of women candidates they must not be less than
150 cms. in height not less than 79 cms. round the chest on full inspiration and a Chest expansion of not less than 5cms. on full inspiration.
b) Provided the minimum height is relaxable by 5 cms, in the case of the candidates belong to Gurkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, NAFA, Naga, Manipuri, Gauhati, Kummoni, Sikkimese, Bhutanese and Scheduled Tribes.
c) Provided further that in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes, where the reserved quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient number of candidates possessing the requisite Physical Qualifications, physical standards shall not be less than 158 cms. in height and not less than 78.8 cms. round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
d) The candidate should possess normal Eye sight apart from the Physical requirements prescribed above.
WALKING TEST:
The candidates selected in the First Step i.e, Written
Examination shall be subjected to the test of walking.
In case of male candidates, a distance of 25 KM walking is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
In case of woman candidates a distance of 16 KM is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
The walking test is only a physical endurance test and shall not carry any marks. It is treated as a qualifying test.
Note:
Weightage shall be given to NCC candidates having requisite qualifications, physical measurements at the time of selection as follows
NCC – “C” Certificate holder – 5 bonus marks.
NCC – “B” Certificate holder – 3 bonus marks.
NCC – “ A” Certificate holder – 1 bonus mark

The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective type.
