KUPGCET 2017 1st, 2nd phase Web counselling/Web options dates, Certificates verification dates: Kakatiya University, SU(satavahana university) PGCET 2017 Admissions Counselling/ Telangana KUCET 2017 Admissions Counselling: KU PGCET 2017 is a common entrance as Post Graduation Common Entrance Test. Kakatiya University, the Directorate of Admissions Department issued the KU PGCET 2017 notification on 08/04/2017.KUPGCET 2017 Counselling Schedule announced, KU,SU PGCET 2017 Entrance results announced by Directorate of Admissions,Kakatiya University warangal. Who are qualified in the KUCET exams they can attend the counselling for seeking admissions into the PG,PG Diploma and Integrated PG Courses for the academic year 2017-2018.The courses will be offered in KU,SU campus colleges and affiliated colleges.

The University invited online applications from the eligible students from 17-04-2017 to 20-05-2017 for admission into various Post Graduation Courses offered by the university and its affiliated colleges in the Telangana state for this academic year 2017-2018.

The Convenor, KUPGCET 2017, Directorate of Admissions Department, Kakatiya University conducted all entrance exams of KUCET 2017 as per the announced the time table/ schedule. Applied Candidates were appeared their entrance exams and they were checked their results from kucet web portal.

KUCET 2017 officials have issued the first phase admissions counselling schedule 2017 notification and rank cards have been sent to the all candidates. Counselling process has been completed in the three campuses of Kakatiya University. Now, Second phase schedule has been announced. KUPGCET 2017  2nd phase Certificates Verification starts as per schedule and Web Options to be started as per dates . Seats allotment list would be announced soon.

Instructions:

1. Candidate must bring all original certificates along with Transfer Certificate compulsorily for verification. However,  one set of Xerox copies shall be submitted at the counseling center.

2. Candidate should remit the prescribed fee immediately on the day of counseling and get the Admit Card , and Admission Form from the Counseling Center.

3. After the admission is confirmed, the candidate must report at the College concerned before the last date mentioned on the admit card and submit the
    - ADMIT CARD;
    - ADMISSION FORM; and
    - TC along with
    - ALL ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES at the College only.

KUPGCET 2017 ADMISSIONS SECOND PHASE ADMISSIONS:

The Qualified Candidates of KUPGCET-2017 who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier shall get their Certificates verified in the Directorate of Admissions, KU Campus. The candidates who have participated in Phase-I Counseling can also exercise options using their old password, for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment as per the schedule given below, and it is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies are available in the course of their choice.

> "Non Entrance courses" certification verification and seat allotment will be held on .........from 10 AM to 5 PM.
> Certificate verification for 2nd Phase counseling will be held from .....2017.
> Web option enrollment 2nd Phase and sliding will be available on KU Website from .......2017
> 2nd Phase seat allotment list will be available (KU Website) on ...........2017.

Who can exercise options?
• Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join.
• Who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified.
• Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
• Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
• Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their Phase-I allotment.
• And any other eligible candidates.

Note:
1. Options given in the phase-i will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.
2. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and paid the tuition fee through challan need not exercise option once again.
3. Candidates shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.

Registration Fee for Certificate Verification:

OC/BC: 300/- and SC/ST/PHC: 200/- Special Categories: Special category certificate verification will be held in next phase of certificate verification; hence, the candidates concerned are requested to submit all copies of relevant certificates at the office on the day of certificate verification. Note: The certificate verification of Non Entrance subjects of M.A.(Urdu), M.A.(Hindi),M.A.(Sanskrit), Food Science & Technology, Nano-Technology and MIT will be held in next phase of certificate verification The Following Certificates to be Produced by all Candidates along with One Set of Xerox Copies

*Degree Marks memo and Provisional Certificate
*Transfer Certificate ( TC ) Original copy
*Certificate in case of other reservations (PH/NCC/NSS/Games & Sports/NI)
*Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person.
*Migration certificate (for other University studied  candidates )
*Study and Conduct certificate
*SSC and Intermediate pass certificates
*Passport size photographs
*Caste certificate in original from Tahshildar after 02-06-2017
*Income certificates issued after 01-04-2017
