Government hereby issues the following Notification for providing transport facility to the Children of the Habitations without Schools in the State, under the Right to Education Act, 2009 (Central Act No.35 of 2009) and it shall be published in the Telangana Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
As per Section 3(1) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act No.35 of 2009) and sub-rule (4) of rule (5) of the Telangana Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010, Government will provide transportation facility to 17619 (Seventeen Thousand, Six Hundred and Nineteen) Children of 1404 (One Thousand, Four Hundred and Four) Habitations which are without Schools, in Telangana State, during the Academic Year, 2017-18. The list of such Habitations is enclosed in the Annexure appended to this Order.
