The qualified candidates of TSEAMCET-2017 (M.P.C STREAM)are informed to attend certificate verification in any one of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) as per the schedule given here under. The details of the ranks distributed Help Line Centre wise for Certificate Verification and all other important information is placed on the Website: https://tseamcet.nic.in and candidates are informed to visit this website before they go for Certificate Verification.

Procedure for TS EAMCET Counselling 2017
The TS EAMCET 2017 counselling procedure of involves the following stages,
#Registration
#Document verification
#Option entry and log out
#Final allotment of seats
#Fee payment
#Self-reporting
#Participating in the subsequent phases of counselling (if any)
#Seat withdrawal
Candidate Registration:
#Visit the designated Helpline Centres for verification of documents.
#Give the rank card to the officer at duty and register while your rank is called out.
#Pay the processing fee and collect the registration cum verification form.
#Further, you need to enter your hall ticket number, rank and sign on the register. This completes the registration process.
#Option entry and log out
#Now, the candidates need to wait for their turn and announcement made by the officials. Once the announcement for you is made, go and get your certificated verified. Participating in the subsequent phases of counselling (if any)
#During verification, the candidates' Aadhaar details (Fingerprint Biometric) will be verified with UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India).
Counselling Fee:
Fee to be Paid at the Time of Certificate Verification:
1. Processing Fee: Rs.800/- (OC/BC), Rs.400/-(SC/ST).
2. Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convenor Quota College wise will be made available on the website https://tseamcet.nic.in well before the commencement of Option Entry. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.
#Verify your details on registration cum verification form verified.
#In case of any mismatch or correction, contact the verification officer for correction.
#If you belong to SC/ST/BC categories, then contact caste verification officer and get your original caste certificates verified and report to the certificate verification officers.
#All other candidates will get their documents verified from certificate verification officer.
#Get your original certificates verified and collect the print out of the receipt of the certificates. For any corrections/changes, contact the Chief Verification officer.
#Cross-check all the details and sign it.
#Collect manual option form and leave the counselling hall.
Certificates to be produced for verification:
Candidates need to bring all the following certificates in original along with 2 sets of photocopies of each:
#TS EAMCET 2017 Rank Card
#Aadhar Card
#TS EAMCET 2017 Hall Ticket
#S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
#VI to Inter Study Certificates,
#Transfer Certificate (T.C)
#Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
#Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2016 if applicable.
#Caste Certificate issued by competent authority if applicable.
#Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
#Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.
#Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalised education.
Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority candidates:
#PH-certificate issued by District Medical Board – Only candidates with 40% and above disability are considered eligible
#CAP-certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer - Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in service men) issued by Competent Authority for verification.
#NCC & Sports - Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
#Minorities - SSC TC containing Minority Status or certificate from the head master
#Anglo-Indian - Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence
TS EAMCET 2017 Option Entry / Exercise Options
Candidates now need to exercise options. Option entry or exercising options means that candidates need to select the colleges and courses they want to seek admission in, in the order of their preference from higher to lower. Candidates must select as many options as they can.
TS EAMCET 2017 Seat Allotment will be done according to the choices of the candidates, number of vacancies available in the colleges and in a course for your sex, local area, and category.
If seats are not vacant in the first, second, third choice and so on, then the candidate will be allotted a seat in the subsequent order subject to availability of seats.
Note: Candidates must take manual option entry form and fill in district code, course code and college code they wish to join as per their preference. This helps the candidates in saving a lot of time and filling in the data correctly online.
Logout:
Once you are done with the option entry, verify all the options you have exercised or selected. Click on Cancel Logout, after which you can make some more option selections.
If complete, you may click on Confirm Logout. You will have a list of all the options selected by you so far. Take a print out of the options selected and keep it with you safe.
TS EAMCET 2017 Final Allotment of Seats:
Candidates will be informed about the seat allotment through SMS on their registered mobile number and will be available online as per the notified dates. The seat allotment will be based on merit, category, sex, local area, special reservation category, etc
Log in through candidate log in and click on “Allotment Order” and download the allotment order.
TS EAMCET Tuition Fee Payment and Self Reporting:
If tuition fee is displayed ZERO:
While paying the tuition fee, if the portal shows the tuition fee to be paid as ZERO, then the candidates must login (through candidate login) and use the self-reporting system and accept the seat allotted to him/her.
Self-reporting means you accept the seat allotted to you without submitting the original documents/certificates at the concerned college immediately. This also means that you can also participate in the subsequent counselling phase without loosing your allotted seat. This increases your chances of getting a better seat in higher priority of your choices.
Click on “Accept My Joining”. You joining details/report along with admission number is generated.
Important: Take a print out of this joining report and submit it at the respective college along with the allotment order.
If tuition fee is displayed ZERO:
If tuition fee to be paid by the candidates is not zero, then they must download the bank challan and pay the tuition fee at any State Bank of Hyderabad branch in the state. Don’t forget to take the receipt for it. The bank challan can be downloaded from the allotment order page.
Now, click on Self Reporting System button. If the fee has been paid, your challan number, fee amount, bank transaction ID and branch will be displayed on screen.
Click on “Accept My Joining”. You joining details/report along with admission number is generated. Take print out of joining report and submit it along with allotment order at the respective college/institution.
Important: Reporting through “Self Reporting System” is mandatory for all candidates.
Participating in the subsequent phases of counselling (if any):
Candidates can participate as fresh candidates in the counselling by getting verified their certificates at one of the Help Line Centres (HLCs), however, the condition is that if they have not participated in any of the previous counselling phases.
TS EAMCET 2017 Seat Withdrawal:
At the end of TS EAMCET 2017 Counselling, if you want to withdraw/cancel the seat allotted to you, you can do so before the scheduled date for cutoff, for which you need to meet the Convener in person.
In case you forget TS EAMCET 2017 password?
If you forget your log in password, click on the link forgot your password in Candidate’s Login. Now enter TS EAMCET 2017 registration number, Rank, TS EAMCET 2017 Hall ticket number, date of Birth and the registered mobile number. Now click on get new password. New password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Now, you can use it for Option Entry.
