The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the allotment results for the Degree Online Services of Telangana (DOST) on 14-06-2017. Candidates who have applied for the same can check their result from the Council’s official website. The first DOST seat allotment 2017 for Degree Online Services of Telangana (DOST) 2017-18 has been released on June 14. With the TS degree allotment results out now, the admission process has finally begun. The candidates may visit dost.cgg.gov.in official website to download their DOST allotment letter and to know more about admission formalities. TS DOST Degree seat allotment result is scheduled for June 14 release. Telangana State Council of Higher Education is regulating online degree admissions for the academic session 2017-18. Prof. K Venkata Chalam, TSCHE Vice Chairman-I was appointed as the convener of DOST for executing the seat allotment process in degree courses offered in all government colleges, autonomous colleges, private colleges and aided colleges in Telangana.
Online Degree admissions:
Degree Online Services of Telangana (DOST) seat allotment 2017 covers over 1200 colleges and six universities, including Palamuru University, Satavahana University, Telangana University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kakatiya University, & Osmania University. The official notification of DOST Telangana was rolled out on 15th May, while the online registrations were completed from May 18 to June 7. As per the schedule, DOST First Seat allotment 2017 will be published on June 14.
For the first phase of DOST counselling and allotments, near 1.5 lakh students have registered against over 4 lakh seats on offer in the state degree colleges. Addressing low numbers, officials said that there is huge number of students who had appeared for supplementary exams and they will also participate in 2nd and 3rd round of admissions.
DOST seat allotment 2017 will be published online and the registered students will have to login to their DOST account to check the allotment status/ allotment list. The students had already given the options of college and course during the registration window and the allotment is to be made on the basis of the marks scored in the qualifying examination and roster system. The allotment result will be announced at the official website dost.cgg.gov.in.
After the publication of DOST seat allotment 2017 result, the students will have two choices; either to accept the allotted seat or to participate in the further rounds of seat allotment. Those students satisfied with the DOST first seat allotment will have to report to the concerned college to confirm the admission by paying the college admission fee. The College will verify the documents and the Principal of the College will confirm the admission by issuing a printed slip. The last date for reporting to the college is June 20.
Telangana DOST:
DOST seat allotment result will be published online and the students will also be informed about it through SMS on their registered mobile number. The students will have to take the printout of the allotment letter from DOST website.
If a students is not satisfied with the seat allotment in the first phase, he/she can give the fresh options in consequent phases, but they will lose their earlier allotted seat in case they are allotted a new seat. The 2nd phase web options can be filled from 21 to 24 June, while the second seat allotment list will be out on 28 June.

Those who gain the allotment will be eligible for undergraduate courses at various colleges affiliated with Osmania University, Kakatiya University, Telangana University Mahatma Gandhi University, Satavahana University and Palamuru University for the academic session of 2017-18. These candidates will need to report to the college from June 15 to 20, 2017.
Candidates who have not gained allotment in the first list can wait for the second and final lists which will be released on June 28 and July 13. Classwork for the first semester will begin from June 21, 2017. The Council has announced that the first allotment list will be released in the evening.
