The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the admit cards or call letters for the online examination for the recruitment of special management executive (SME) in scale II and III on its official website from 02-06-2017 to 18-06-2017. Candidates can download the admit cards for the exam to be held on June 18 by clicking here. Key in your registration number/roll number, password/date of birth, captcha code (as in the image) and click on login. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. The call letters can be downloaded until June 18. |

The state-run bank has also released a booklet about the exam, which can be downloaded by clicking link below. After downloading the admit card, candidates must note their roll number, registration number, date, time and venue for the exam given in the call letter. They should reach the exam hall in time.

Candidates must affix their recent passport size photograph on the call letter and carry it along with a photo identity proof in original and its photocopy to the venue. They will have to hand over the call letter along with the photocopy of photo identity proof to the invigilator in the examination hall.
They will have to sign on the call letter in the presence of the invigilator at the venue. The invigilator will take the impression of the candidate’s left thumb on the call letter. They may keep a copy of the online test call letter for future reference.

1. How do I download my call letter?
Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the
Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB(dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter.
2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.
3. Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.
4. My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?
Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Please check your entries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement.Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates will be on the basis of online objective test, group exercise and/or interview. Online objective test is scheduled to be conducted on 18.06.2017.
Online Objective Examination:
Candidates are required to qualify in each of the objective tests by securing minimum passing marks, which will be decided by the bank.

Group Exercise and/or Interview (50 Marks):
The marks of objective test of the qualified candidates will be arranged in descending order of merit and candidates maximum three times of the number of vacancies in each category will be called for group exercise and/ or interview. The qualifying marks in group exercise and/ or Interview will be as decided by the bank.
Final selection:
Candidates will have to qualify in both the online test and group exercise and interview separately. Marks secured by the candidates in the online exam will be normalised to out of 75 and marks secured in group exercise and/or interview will be normalised to out of 25.
The final merit list will be arrived at after aggregating normalised marks of the online exam and group exercise and interview. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.
