National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, Telangana State and Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh invites applications for Ad-hoc Faculty positions in the Engineering, Science and Humanities Departments, School of Management for the Academic Year 2017-18. Departments:

#Engineering Departments: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communications, Metallurgical & Materials, Chemical, Computer Science & Engineering and Biotechnology.
#Science and Humanities Departments: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Humanities & Social Sciences (English only).
#School of Management

Essential qualifications: 

i.Ph.D. or M.Tech. (Through GATE) with First class at UG and PG levels.

ii.Ph.D. or MBA/PGDM (full time) with First class and BE/B.Tech with First class.

Pay package:

i.Rs.60,000/- PM for Ph.D. holders and Rs.50,000/- for M.Tech Degree holders

ii.Rs.60,000/- PM for Ph.D. holders and Rs.50,000/-PM for B.Tech + MBA holders.

Period of Contract: 

Initially the appointment would be for one year only, which is likely to be extended for one more year on the basis of satisfactory performance/Requirement of Position.

Names of the short listed candidates will be displayed on the Institute website on 10th July 2017 along with the detailed of schedule of interviews. No separate call letters will be sent to the candidates.

*The short listed candidates are required to attend an interview at NIT Warangal (likely to

be during 14th to 16th July 2017).

*No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
