About JVNS:
Javahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is an Indian Government School for rural talented children. Its provide good quality education to the Children. Its attain reasonable level of competence in 3 languages to the Children. In accordance with the National Policy of Education (1986), Government of India started Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) all over the country except Tamil Nadu. These are co-educational, residential schools, fully financed by Government of India and run by an autonomous organization, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Though admission to Navodaya Vidyalayas is at Class VI level, in order to optimally utilize infrastructure facilities available, vacant seats at Class IX level are filled through an All India level Selection Test. While education in the schools is free including boarding, lodging, uniforms and textbooks, a nominal fee of Rs.200/- per month will have to be collected from the children from Class IX to XII. However, children belonging to SC/ST, Girls and from the families whose income is below poverty line are exempted from payment of fees.
NVS Scheme Objectives: To provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture, inculcation of values, awareness of the environment, adventure activities and physical education to the talented children from rural areas without regard to their family’s socio-economic condition. To ensure that students attain a reasonable level of competency in three languages as envisaged in Three Language Formula; and To serve in each district as focal point for improvement of quality of school education in general through sharing of experiences and facilities. To promote national integration through migration of students from Hindi to non Hindi speaking State and vice-versa.
Navodaya Entrance Results announced on 23-June-2017:
Delaying disclosure of the results of Navodaya entrance exams students are confusing. In previous year, the entrance exam was held in February and Navodaya entrance results released in May third week. The selected students were admitted in June and started the academic year in July. This year, nearly 80,000 students were attended for the statewide navodaya entrance exam and they are waiting for their results. This year, the Navodaya entrance test was conducted on January 8, 2019 and the students are worrying about the NVS exam results.
On the other hand the government and private schools are started and students are confused to joining in these schools While the admission process is going to be completed in the Model and Gurukkal Vidyalayas, There is no information on the release of Navodaya Entrance results. Officials said that the state level officers will not be involved in the announcement of the JNVS selection results and the entire Navodaya education system will take a decision on this Navodaya Entrance exam results........

The Candidates who are attended to the JNV 6th Class admission selection test they can check their result through online from their appeared religion JNV website in pdf file format and the JNV Selected list pdf will be published with appeared candidate admit card or hall ticket numbers. The Candidates who have pleased their roll number in the selected list they are qualified to get 6th class admission at nearest Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya schools.
