Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, popularly known as Vizag Steel, is an integrated steel produce in Visakhapatnam, India built using German and Soviet technology. The company has grown from a loss-making industry to 3-billion-dollar turnover company registering a growth of 203.6% in just four years. Vizag Steel Plant was conferred Navratna status on 17 November 2010. Founded in 1971, the company focuses on producing value-added steel, with 214,000 tonnes produced in August 2010, out of 252,000 tonnes total of salable steel produced. It is the largest single site plant in India and Asia minor (or south and east Asia combined).


Eligiblity Criteria For Vizag Steel Plant Recruitment 2017

#Medical & Health Services:

Eductional Qualification & Experience: MBBS with MD/MS/M.Ch in any specialized area from any recognized University/State or Central Government Institution/Medical College recognized by MCI and with relevant experience.

#Plastic Surgery:

Eductional Qualification & Experience: M.Ch/DNB in Plastic Surgery from any recognized University/ State or Central Government Institution/Medical College and with relevant experience.

#Radiology:

Eductional Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) in Radio diagnosis from any recognized University/ State or Central Government Institution/Medical College recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and with relevant experience.

#Obstetrics & Gynaecology: 

Eductional Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) in Gynaecology from any recognized University/ State or Central Government Institution/Medical College recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and with relevant experience.

#General Medicine:

Eductional Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) in General Medicine from any recognized university/ State or Central Government Institution/ Medical College recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI)  and with relevant experience.

Age limit:

Candidates upper age should be 55 years for E-8 grade, 35 years for post-1, 50 years for E-5, 45 years for E-4, 40 years for E-3 for post-2, 43 years for E-3, 38 years for E-2, 36 years for E-1 for post-3, 4, 45 years for E-3, 40 years for E-2, 38 years for E-1 for post-5 as on 01-05-2017.
