About RSU:

The Government of Gujarat has established “RAKSHA SHAKTI UNIVERSITY” vide ‘The Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009’, Gujarat bill No-16 of 2009 in the sixtieth year of the Republic of India to prepare the youth of the state for becoming effective and efficient security personnel and to conduct courses and award degrees, diplomas and certificate for the said purpose. This university is dedicated for developing skill in field of internal development, and future employees in internal Security Management sector.

The Raksha Shakti University is a unique and first of its kind in India for conducting certificate, diploma and degree courses in the field of police science and internal security. Till the new University building becomes operational, the activities and the University will be carried out from the old SPIPA building situated at Meghaninagar, Ahmedabad.

Application Form Fee: 

Rs.100/- + 5% Online Transaction Charges

Course Fee:

#For male candidates tuition fee Rs. 30,000/- per year

#For female candidates tuition fee Rs. 15,000/- per year

#Caution money deposit Rs. 2000/- (Refundable)

#Sports Dress Charges Rs. 1,200/- Approx.

You will do payment by credit/debit/net banking. If you don't want to do online payment then you will do offline payment by bank challan/DD/cash(in university). If you will choose bank challan or
DD then you have to submit original copy of DD or bank challan with form in university.

#School Leaving Certificate

#Cast certificate issued by Government Of Gujarat(if applicable)

#Latest non-creamy layer certificate issued after 01st April, 2016. (if applicable)

#NCC & Sports Certificate (if applicable)

#SSC Mark sheet

#Graduation Mark sheet

#Other Qualification(If any)

#Provisional Eligibility Certificate(If applicable)

#Migration Certificate(If applicable)

#Photo & Signature

#Ex-Servicemen Certificate (If Applicable)

#PH Certificate(If Applicable)

Admission Procedure:

1. Admission would be given on the basis of merit prepared by university.

2. University can take a screening test before admission.

3. 5 % marks of the candidate would be deducted those who have passed the minimum education qualification in more than one attempt.

4. The candidates falling in bellow mentioned categories would be given additional marks in merit.

i. Additional of 5 % marks to female candidates.

ii. NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate holders would get additional marks of 5 % and 7% respectively.

iii. The candidate who participated in state level or national level will get additional marks of 3 % & 5 % respectively.

Note : The sports recognized by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), All India Inter University Board (AIUB) and Indian Olympic Committee (IOC) will be considered. The certificate issued SGFI/AIUB/IOC will only be considered. Certificates for Invitation tournament/Competition will not be considered.

5. Merit list will be out tentatively by 05/07/2017. eligible candidates will be informed for checking of the original documents from RSU

6. The tentative date of commencement of the courses is 17/07/2017.
