National Book Trust (NBT):
The National Book Trust (NBT), India Is An Apex Body Established By The Government Of India (Department Of Higher Education, Ministry Of Human Resource Development) In The Year 1957. The Objectives Of The NBT Are To Produce And Encourage The Production Of Good Literature In English, Hindi And Other Indian Languages And To Make Such Literature Available At Moderate Prices To The Public And To Bring Out Book Catalogues, Arrange Book Fairs/Exhibitions And Seminars And Take All Necessary Steps To Make The People Book Minded.
Eligibility Criteria For NBT LDC Recruitment 2017
Educational Qualification:
Candidates Should have done Matriculation with minimum typin speed of 30 wpm in English/25 wpm in Hindi.
Age limit:
Candidates age should be between 18 to 25 years. The upper age limit is relaxable to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years and Physically Challenged (UR) - 10 years.
Selection Process:
Screening Test, Document Verification, Medical Examination Test
How to apply:
The application duly completed in all respects should reach the Assistant Director (Establishment), National Book Trust, India, Nehru Bhawan, 5, Institutional Area, Phase-II, Vasant Kunj. New Delhi - 110 070 within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 300/- (no fee for SC/ST/PWD category) in favour of National Book Trust, India payable at New Delhi. The Demand Draft should not be drawn before the date of issue of this advertisement. Candidates must write their names and the post applied for on the reverse of the Bank Draft.
