JEE Advanced 2017 Courses:

The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) forms the basis for admission to the following programs in Engineering, Science, Architecture and Pharmaceutics in various IITs:

• 4-year Bachelors: B.Tech., B.S., B.Pharm.

• 5-year Bachelors: B.Arch.

• 5-year Dual Degree: B.Tech.-M.Tech., B.S.-M.S.

• 5-year Integrated Masters: M.Tech., M.Sc., M.Pharm Dual Degree.

JEE Advanced 2017 Admission:

Candidates qualified in JEE (Advanced) 2017 will be eligible for admission to the above mentioned academic programs at lITs subject to satisfying at least one of the following two criteria:

1. Must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) examination. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

2. Must be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XTT (or equivalent) examinations.

Candidates who are eligible for admission will have to participate in joint seat allocation process by filling in their choices of the programs. The schedule of the joint seat allocation will be announced by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2017.

Exam Pattern:

JEE (Advanced) 2017 will have two papers. Both the papers are compulsory. Each paper is of 3 hour duration and has objective type questions in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The question papers will be either in English or in Hindi. Candidates have to exercise the choice of question paper language at the time of registration. JEE (Advanced) 2017 is being organized by TIT Madras.

JEE Advanced 2017 Admit Card Download:

This year 221427 candidates who appeared in JEE Main 2017 exam have qualified for the JEE Advanced exam. The exam will be conducted on May 21, 2017 in two sessions for two papers. Paper one exam will be conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper two will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Both the papers are compulsory for every candidate.

#Enter your JEE Advanced 2017 registration number, date of birth, email id and mobile number provided during registration.
#Click on submit and download your admit card.

Take a printout of your admit card and also keep a soft copy of the same saved on your computer system or email address in case you lose the printout. You will need a copy of your admit card not just for entry in the exam hall but also for the ensuing processes such as counseling after the result for JEE Advanced 2017 exam is declared.
