Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Group C Recruitment 2017

Eductional Qualification:

Candidates should possess Graduation of a recognized University or equivalent for Supdt (Store), 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University for Storekeeper, 2th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University, have typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer for LDC, Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or University, valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicle for CMTD, Matriculation with six months experience in the trade for Cook, 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institute. (ii) Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade of Carpenter from a recognized Institute for Carpenter posts with adequate experience. For more information refer the notification.

Age Limit:

18 to 27 years for Steno & Fireman posts, 18 to 25 years for all the remaining posts. Upper age limit relaxations applicable as per norms.

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates can apply to any of their choosen Air Force Station subject to the vacancies and qualifications. Application as per format (typed in English/ Hindi), duly supported with the relevant documents has to reach the concerned Air Force Station as per choice within 30 days from the last date of the publication of this advertisement in ’Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar’ (published in 13 to 19 May 2017 issue).

Mode of selection:

Selection will be made through Written Test, Skill/ Practical/ Physical Test whichever applicable.

Written Test:
The written test will consists of
(i) General Intelligence & Reasoning
(ii) Numerical Aptitude
(iii) General English
(iv) General Awareness.
The question cum answer will be in English and Hindi.
